Eddie & Diana Woodfield

The Woodfields were accepted as missionaries by BIMI in 1972 and started their ministry at Rota, Spain in 1973. They then went to Torrejon, Spain, Naples, Italy and on to Sicily. After 10 years on the field without a furlough, they moved to Tri-City as their sending church. After their furlough, they were sent out by Tri-City Baptist Church in 1985 and have been serving as Tri-City missionaries since then.

In 1994, they then began their ministry with OREMUNDO (OREMEX) Ministries of Mission, Texas and still serve in that ministry today. They have seen several exciting things happen at OREMUNDO. The OREMUNDO Conferences in Mexico are being used of God to reach and train many Mexicans for the Lord’s work. Before the border violence, several churches and colleges would travel into Mexico on Summer Mission trips. These mission trips were stopped due to the violence in Mexico. The OREMUNDO Video Bible materials are in almost every Spanish-speaking country of the world. Their service to OREMUNDO is helping in whatever area we are needed. Eddie speaks in several meetings each year and challenges young people to surrender to the mission field.

God has greatly blessed their ministry these past years. Several hundred people have been saved and called into full-time ministries for the Lord. They are serving around the world in pastorates, mission fields, colleges and other ministries.
